Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (ci-après « CGU ») régissent l'utilisation de l'application mobile Organizer (ci-après « l'Application »), éditée par Organizer.
En créant un compte ou en utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez sans réserve les présentes CGU. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'Application.
Pour les utilisateurs iOS, les présentes CGU incorporent le Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (EULA) standard d'Apple, disponible ici : EULA
Organizer est une application de gestion de tâches et d'organisation familiale. Elle permet de :
L'utilisation de l'Application nécessite la création d'un compte. Vous pouvez vous inscrire via :
Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes lors de la création de votre compte et à les maintenir à jour.
Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion et de toute activité réalisée depuis votre compte. En cas d'utilisation non autorisée de votre compte, vous devez nous en informer immédiatement via le formulaire de contact.
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis Profil → Paramètres → Supprimer mon compte. La suppression entraîne l'effacement définitif et irréversible de toutes vos données (profil, tâches, photos de profil). Si vous êtes membre d'un groupe familial, vous en serez automatiquement retiré.
En créant un compte, vous acceptez de recevoir des communications de notre part, notamment pour :
L'Application propose une version gratuite avec des fonctionnalités de base et un abonnement Premium offrant des fonctionnalités avancées (notamment les modèles de tâches (templates), les listes de courses, la vue d'ensemble, les widgets et les fonctionnalités familiales). Le détail des fonctionnalités incluses dans chaque offre est présenté dans l'Application.
Les abonnements sont traités via les plateformes de paiement intégrées :
La gestion technique des abonnements est assurée par RevenueCat. Les prix affichés incluent les taxes applicables et sont indiqués dans la devise locale de votre store.
Les abonnements sont renouvelés automatiquement à la fin de chaque période de facturation, sauf résiliation de votre part. Pour résilier :
La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours. Vous conservez l'accès aux fonctionnalités Premium jusqu'à cette date.
Les demandes de remboursement sont gérées par Apple ou Google selon la plateforme utilisée, conformément à leurs politiques respectives. Organizer ne traite pas directement les remboursements.
Pour les utilisateurs iOS :
Vous pouvez créer un groupe familial ou rejoindre un groupe existant à l'aide d'un lien d'invitation (jeton à durée limitée) partagé par un membre. Chaque utilisateur ne peut appartenir qu'à un seul groupe familial à la fois.
En rejoignant un groupe familial, vous acceptez que les informations suivantes soient visibles par les autres membres du groupe :
Le créateur du groupe familial en est l'administrateur. Chaque membre est responsable du contenu qu'il publie dans le groupe. En quittant un groupe, les tâches que vous avez créées au sein du groupe restent accessibles aux autres membres.
En utilisant l'Application, vous vous engagez à :
Vous êtes seul responsable du contenu que vous saisissez dans l'Application (noms de tâches, descriptions, listes de courses, photos de profil). Ce contenu ne doit pas être illicite, offensant ou porter atteinte aux droits de tiers.
L'Application, son design, son code source, ses logos et son contenu sont la propriété exclusive d'Organizer et sont protégés par les lois sur la propriété intellectuelle.
L'utilisation de l'Application vous confère un droit d'usage personnel, non exclusif, non transférable et révocable. Vous ne pouvez pas :
Le contenu que vous créez dans l'Application (tâches, descriptions) vous appartient. Vous nous accordez une licence limitée pour stocker et afficher ce contenu dans le cadre du fonctionnement du service.
Nous nous efforçons d'assurer la disponibilité de l'Application 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Toutefois, l'accès peut être temporairement interrompu pour des raisons de maintenance, de mise à jour ou en cas de force majeure.
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, suspendre ou interrompre tout ou partie des fonctionnalités de l'Application à tout moment. En cas de modification substantielle, nous vous en informerons dans un délai raisonnable.
L'Application est fournie « en l'état ». Dans les limites autorisées par la loi :
Vous acceptez d'indemniser et de dégager de toute responsabilité Organizer, ses dirigeants et collaborateurs, pour toute réclamation, dommage, perte ou dépense (y compris les frais juridiques), découlant de :
Organizer intègre des services tiers pour assurer son fonctionnement :
Votre utilisation de ces services est également soumise à leurs conditions d'utilisation et politiques de confidentialité respectives. Organizer n'est pas responsable des pratiques ou politiques de ces services tiers.
Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser l'Application et supprimer votre compte à tout moment, sans préavis ni pénalité.
Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de résilier votre compte en cas de :
En cas de résiliation pour violation des CGU, nous vous en informerons par email en précisant les motifs. Vous pourrez contester cette décision en nous contactant.
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit suisse.
En cas de litige, nous vous invitons à nous contacter en premier lieu pour tenter de résoudre le différend à l'amiable. À défaut d'accord amiable, les tribunaux compétents seront ceux du canton de domicile du défendeur ou du canton dans lequel le consommateur a sa résidence habituelle, conformément au droit suisse.
Nous pouvons modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. Les modifications entreront en vigueur dès leur publication dans l'Application.

La poursuite de l'utilisation de l'Application après une modification des CGU vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the use of the Organizer mobile app (hereinafter the "App"), published by Organizer.
By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

Organizer is a task management and family organisation app. It allows you to:
Using the App requires the creation of an account. You can sign up via:
You undertake to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. In the event of unauthorised use of your account, you must inform us immediately via the contact form.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Deletion results in the permanent and irreversible erasure of all your data (profile, tasks, profile pictures). If you are a member of a family group, you will automatically be removed from it.
By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from us, in particular to:
The App offers a free version with basic features and a Premium subscription providing advanced features (in particular task templates, shopping lists, the overview, widgets and family features). The details of the features included in each plan are presented in the App.
Subscriptions are processed through the integrated payment platforms:
The technical management of subscriptions is handled by RevenueCat. The prices displayed include applicable taxes and are shown in the local currency of your store.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access to the Premium features until that date.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google depending on the platform used, in accordance with their respective policies. Organizer does not process refunds directly.
For iOS users:
You can create a family group or join an existing group using an invitation link (a time-limited token) shared by a member. Each user can belong to only one family group at a time.
By joining a family group, you agree that the following information will be visible to the other members of the group:
The creator of the family group is its administrator. Each member is responsible for the content they publish in the group. When you leave a group, the tasks you created within the group remain accessible to the other members.
By using the App, you undertake to:
You are solely responsible for the content you enter in the App (task names, descriptions, shopping lists, profile pictures). This content must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe the rights of third parties.
The App, its design, its source code, its logos and its content are the exclusive property of Organizer and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Using the App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use. You may not:
The content you create in the App (tasks, descriptions) belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and display this content as part of the operation of the service.
We strive to ensure the availability of the App 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or update reasons, or in the event of force majeure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App's features at any time. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you within a reasonable period of time.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Organizer, its officers and staff, against any claim, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees), arising from:
Organizer integrates third-party services in order to operate:
Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. Organizer is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time, without notice or penalty.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of:
In the event of termination for breach of the Terms, we will inform you by email stating the reasons. You may contest this decision by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first in order to try to resolve the matter amicably. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those of the canton of the defendant's domicile or of the canton in which the consumer has their habitual residence, in accordance with Swiss law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published in the App.

Continuing to use the App after a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Organizer ist eine App zur Aufgabenverwaltung und Familienorganisation. Sie ermöglicht es:
Die Nutzung der App setzt die Erstellung eines Kontos voraus. Sie können sich anmelden über:
Sie verpflichten sich, bei der Erstellung Ihres Kontos zutreffende Angaben zu machen und diese aktuell zu halten.
Sie sind für die Vertraulichkeit Ihrer Anmeldedaten und für jede über Ihr Konto ausgeführte Aktivität verantwortlich. Im Falle einer unbefugten Nutzung Ihres Kontos müssen Sie uns unverzüglich über das Kontaktformular informieren.
Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit über Profil → Einstellungen → Mein Konto löschen löschen. Die Löschung führt zur endgültigen und unwiderruflichen Entfernung all Ihrer Daten (Profil, Aufgaben, Profilbilder). Wenn Sie Mitglied einer Familiengruppe sind, werden Sie automatisch daraus entfernt.
Mit der Erstellung eines Kontos erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, Mitteilungen von uns zu erhalten, insbesondere um:
Die App bietet eine kostenlose Version mit Basisfunktionen und ein Premium-Abonnement mit erweiterten Funktionen (insbesondere Aufgabenvorlagen (Templates), Einkaufslisten, die Gesamtübersicht, Widgets und Familienfunktionen). Die Einzelheiten der in den jeweiligen Angeboten enthaltenen Funktionen werden in der App dargestellt.
Die Abonnements werden über die integrierten Zahlungsplattformen abgewickelt:
Die technische Verwaltung der Abonnements erfolgt durch RevenueCat. Die angezeigten Preise verstehen sich inklusive der anwendbaren Steuern und werden in der lokalen Währung Ihres Stores angegeben.
Abonnements verlängern sich am Ende jedes Abrechnungszeitraums automatisch, sofern Sie nicht kündigen. Zum Kündigen:
Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des laufenden Zeitraums wirksam. Bis zu diesem Datum behalten Sie Zugang zu den Premium-Funktionen.
Rückerstattungsanfragen werden je nach genutzter Plattform von Apple oder Google gemäss deren jeweiligen Richtlinien bearbeitet. Organizer wickelt Rückerstattungen nicht direkt ab.
Für iOS-Nutzer:
Sie können eine Familiengruppe erstellen oder einer bestehenden Gruppe mithilfe eines Einladungslinks (zeitlich begrenzter Token) beitreten, der von einem Mitglied geteilt wird. Jeder Nutzer kann jeweils nur einer Familiengruppe angehören.
Mit dem Beitritt zu einer Familiengruppe erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass die folgenden Informationen für die anderen Mitglieder der Gruppe sichtbar sind:
Der Ersteller der Familiengruppe ist deren Administrator. Jedes Mitglied ist für die Inhalte verantwortlich, die es in der Gruppe veröffentlicht. Wenn Sie eine Gruppe verlassen, bleiben die von Ihnen innerhalb der Gruppe erstellten Aufgaben für die anderen Mitglieder zugänglich.
Mit der Nutzung der App verpflichten Sie sich:
Sie sind allein für die Inhalte verantwortlich, die Sie in der App eingeben (Aufgabennamen, Beschreibungen, Einkaufslisten, Profilbilder). Diese Inhalte dürfen nicht rechtswidrig oder anstössig sein und dürfen keine Rechte Dritter verletzen.
Die App, ihr Design, ihr Quellcode, ihre Logos und ihre Inhalte sind ausschliessliches Eigentum von Organizer und durch die Gesetze zum Schutz des geistigen Eigentums geschützt.
Die Nutzung der App gewährt Ihnen ein persönliches, nicht ausschliessliches, nicht übertragbares und widerrufliches Nutzungsrecht. Sie dürfen nicht:
Die Inhalte, die Sie in der App erstellen (Aufgaben, Beschreibungen), gehören Ihnen. Sie gewähren uns eine beschränkte Lizenz, diese Inhalte im Rahmen des Betriebs des Dienstes zu speichern und anzuzeigen.
Wir bemühen uns, die Verfügbarkeit der App rund um die Uhr an 7 Tagen die Woche sicherzustellen. Der Zugang kann jedoch aus Gründen der Wartung, von Aktualisierungen oder im Fall höherer Gewalt vorübergehend unterbrochen werden.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Funktionen der App jederzeit ganz oder teilweise zu ändern, auszusetzen oder einzustellen. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen informieren wir Sie innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist.
Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen gilt:
Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, Organizer, seine Verantwortlichen und Mitarbeitenden von jeglicher Haftung freizustellen und schadlos zu halten für Ansprüche, Schäden, Verluste oder Aufwendungen (einschliesslich Rechtskosten), die entstehen aus:
Organizer bindet Drittanbieterdienste ein, um den Betrieb sicherzustellen:
Ihre Nutzung dieser Dienste unterliegt zusätzlich deren jeweiligen Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzerklärungen. Organizer ist nicht für die Praktiken oder Richtlinien dieser Drittanbieterdienste verantwortlich.
Sie können die Nutzung der App jederzeit beenden und Ihr Konto löschen, ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Strafgebühr.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Ihr Konto zu sperren oder zu kündigen bei:
Im Falle einer Kündigung wegen Verstosses gegen die Bedingungen informieren wir Sie per E-Mail unter Angabe der Gründe. Sie können diese Entscheidung anfechten, indem Sie uns kontaktieren.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Schweizer Recht.
Im Streitfall bitten wir Sie, uns zunächst zu kontaktieren, um eine gütliche Einigung zu versuchen. Kommt keine gütliche Einigung zustande, sind die Gerichte am Wohnsitzkanton der beklagten Partei oder des Kantons, in dem der Konsument seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat, gemäss Schweizer Recht zuständig.
Wir können diese Bedingungen jederzeit ändern. Die Änderungen treten mit ihrer Veröffentlichung in der App in Kraft.
